Kids are welcome.
Make sure you have your: Towel, Bottle of Water and Yoga Mat (rentals are available at the studio) with you!

If you want to transform your body, you must practice 3 times per week.
If you want to transform your life, you must practice 5-7 times per week.
The 5-10 class package expires 3 months after purchase.
